RE: BEACH ACCESS MEDIATION PROCESS
Further to the decision to adjourn the mediation process, we are writing to advise that our Report has been delivered to the Attorney General who has taken it under advisement. Questions or comments in this regard should be directed to the Ministry of the Attorney General.
In the meantime, we would like to express our appreciation of the community’s ongoing commitment to the mediation process and the tireless efforts of many individuals to move the community closer to a made-in-Tiny solution. The significant achievements of the process to date are a direct product of the time, energy, and creativity those individuals have contributed to this important initiative.
